Supporting Multiple Licenses

You can save on Software Maintenance with Esri's two-tiered primary and secondary maintenance subscriptions if you have multiple licenses of a particular software product.

Primary maintenance includes all the benefits of a Software Maintenance subscription for the first of every ten software licenses purchased.

Secondary maintenance applies to up to nine additional software licenses. You may purchase additional primary maintenance subscriptions, to acquire complimentary Esri User Conference registrations or to add authorized callers for instance, but need to maintain a minimum ratio of one primary to nine secondary subscriptions.
